At Power-Packer, we are looking for a results-oriented End User Support Engineer with a passion for IT & technology and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- You will administer and troubleshoot End User devices and software, including workstations, Office 365, Windows 10 and AD file access permissions.
- You will configure and install hardware for (remote) employees.
- You think through problems and visualize solutions, quickly learning new or unfamiliar technologies.
- You have a customer focus and support business initiatives.
Your main duties and responsibilities
- You will assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies.
- You monitor and maintain continuity with software licenses and maintenance contracts for all devices.
What will you do?
As an End User Support Engineer you play a crucial role in implementing, configuring and supporting stable, secure and efficient End User devices. You will support end users at all levels within the organization and contribute to achieving our organization's ambitious goals by implementing strategic IT policies. You will work under the direction of the IT End User Support Manager, based at our corporate headquarters in the US.
What do you need for that?
- Completed education in computer science or a related technical/business background.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an environment with a large-scale IT infrastructure, within an (international) team supporting computers and end users.
You are a self-starter who can work independently but is also comfortable in a team environment.
Strong experience with Dell and Micrsoft products and support services. Experience with Dell equipment is a plus.
Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
